This lion commands attention. He's the boss!

On the background of this work, I applied Italian metallic leaves, which I then worked with acrylic paint, in transparency. Thanks to these variegated leaves, the canvas has brilliant reflections which vary and illuminate the work, depending on the ambient light.

The mane also displays colors with bronze highlights.

Basta! is an Italian expression that means Enough! or Enough!

Given the Italian gold leaves, and the mouth of my lion, his name stood out.
